Dua Lipa (born in London) is an English singer and songwriter who was born on August 22 1995 in London United Kingdom. Her self-titled debut was released in 2017 after she had joined Warner Bros Records. It climbed to the third spot in the U.K. Chart for Albums. Eight singles were released, among them Be the only I.D.G.A.F. and New Rules (UK number one). It also rose to number 6 in the United States. Lipa received the Brit Awards in 2018 as a British Female Solo Artist as well as British Breakthrough Act and her album has been certified as platinum across several countries around the world. Dua Lipa, who was born to Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa A Rexha Lipa and Dukagjin Dukagjin in London Born on 22 August 1995. Through her maternal grandmother, she is of Bosnian descent.
