Simone Biles
Simone Biles was an American gymnast born March 14, 1997 in the city of Columbus, Ohio. She is considered to be one of the most outstanding athletes. Biles was a U.S. female gymnast, Biles was the sole gymnast to achieve four golds in a single Games during the 2016 Olympics. She is the only person to have three world titles consecutively. Biles is from Spring Texas. Her grandparents Ronald Biles (and her sister Adria) took them in as adoptees. They grew in Houston's metropolitan area. Simone began to be interested in the sport of gymnastics when she was just 6. Her coach Aimee Borman brought her to Bannon's Gymnastix, where they went on a field trip. Biles won a gold in floor exercises and also a bronze in vault during the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010 before breaking into the elite gymnastics in the year the year 2011. Less than two years later she was a dominant competitor in the sport.
