Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco. She moved to California in the age of five. She was raised mainly within Orange County. She earned her degree of the University of California, San Diego in 2015 which is her year that she earned her big break in acting. Pernas she had appeared in brief appearances on NCIS as well as Leverage before she was cast in the role as Marisa in The Young and the Restless and was an established face on the soap drama. The actress, who walked away from on the show in 2016 got the part as Catalina who is a regular character on Jane the Virgin. The actress who is multi-lingual has appeared in The Brave, The Green Ghost, and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. From 2019 through 2020, she was Lexi Vaziri in Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly confirmed in May 2020 that Pernas was dating her former The Young and the Restless actor Justin Hartley. The romance started after Chrishell Stause's split with the This Is Us actress split in November 2018. In May 2021, the news was reported that Pernas Hartley had recently married in secret.
