Between 2019 and the year 2020, Pernas portrayed Lexi Vaziri as part of Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly confirmed that Pernas and Justin Hartley were dating in May, in 2020. This romance began after Chrishell Stause, the This Is Us actress split in the month of November. News was reported in May 2021 that Pernas and Hartley were recently married in a secret ceremony.
